M3033 is a power management SOC that integrates a single instruction cycle high-performance microprocessor (MCU), 16-bit high-precision analog-to-digital conversion unit (SD-ADC), Buck-Boost control unit, MOSFET driver interface, LED Direct drive interface, and a variety of safety protection mechanisms. M3033 supports PD2.0 and QC2.0 fast charging protocols, and with a few peripheral circuits, it can form a charging management solution for 2-7 strings of batteries. Available in QFN-48 package.
